Hi I am looking for a housing grant waiting on approval for a fha loan for a first time home buyer family of 3 going to be 4 soon our current home is not stable to raise kids electric is barely working can't maintain heat over 60 and 30-40 degrees at night need assistance asap for down payment and closing cost.

I don't think the United States government offers grants for a down payment or closing costs to personal properties. You would probably need to look into something like: https://www.cbpp.org/research/various-supports-for-low-income-families-reduce-poverty-and-have-long-term-positive

Hello, my name is Tamara Jack I am reaching out because I have been out of work for almost 2 months. I have spent everything that was in my savings account trying to keep the bills paid my daughter is not even going to be getting anything for Christmas because I am unable to provide. I am currently late on this rent and will be late for next month as well but if I can get some assistance for just one month I can work everything else out. I was offered a new position that starts at the end of this month working from home. I am just wondering what do I need to do to get assistance? I know I am at risk of losing my apartment and I will not be able to work. I also do have documentation of termination of employment and my offer letter for my new employment. If there is anything you guys can do to help me I am very desperate at this point. I need about $2500 to get caught up on everything and be able to get back on my feet
