Hello,

I am looking for a grant to save my home from foreclosure due to balloon payment and death of my mom the owner of the loan. My Mom and I owned our home together; however the mortgage is in her name only. She also just passed in April. I don’t know what the process is with the mortgage company after death. But, i know the ballon payment is due July 1.

You are probably looking into the wrong place. Government and federal grant agencies do not assist with your described issues. You are better off seeking legal help instead.
