Hi, I know you guys are usually super-reliable with uptime but I've noticed a few hours downtime over the past two days - well, in the night for me so I didn't spot them 'til I woke up several hours ago and made a work-around.

Do you know if this is likely to be an ongoing issue? I understand all sites have problems so I'm not complaining - as mentioned, you guys are normally extremely reliable - but if I know it's an ongoing issue then I can put some safeguards in place.

Hi Rob,

We apologize for the downtime. We were upgrading our servers a few days ago and we ran our critical migration during midnight hours. They took longer than expected. 

We have credited your account with an additional 10,000 credits.

Thank you also for explaining the downtime reason. Totally understandable and as I mentioned before, you are extremely reliable overall.
